I have spent over 15 years working with families and children through children’s ministry. I feel passionate about working with families and individuals navigating Autism or ADHD diagnosis.   

I was a returning student after raising my kids, took online courses at Pierce College, then graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, earning my bachelor’s degree in psychology. I have finished my masters of science in marriage and family therapy at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena in the Marriage and Family Therapy program . I am seeing clients at Grazel Garcia Psychotherapy and Associates under the supervision of Grazel Garcia, LMFT (California License 97561).

I have training in Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Advanced Training in Couples Therapy (EFCT), Advanced Training in Family Therapy (EFFT) as well as certified in Brainspotting.

I believe each person holds a uniqueness all their own.  I celebrate the diversity in each person and invite clients of various ethnic, gender, and sexual orientation, and those with spiritual or religious backgrounds.
